Brad Paisley officially wrapped up his Beat This Summer Tour this past weekend (Nov. 23) in Detroit, and the weather made sure summer was truly over. Wind chill brought the temperature near 0 degrees for what was Brad’s final show of the year.
Early next year, though, Paisley is embarking on a new leg of the tour he’s renamed Beat This Winter. And to make sure fans got the message, while he was in Detroit he took a spray paint can to one of his tour buses, crossing off ‘summer’ and writing in ‘winter.’ Watch the video above.

Opening the show in Detroit was Voice winner Danielle Bradbery, who kicked things off by playing songs off her debut album (which hit stores today) and some of her favorite songs from The Voice.

Next up was Chris Young, who wowed the crowd despite his mic pack not working properly. While it was being fixed, he used that down time to slow things down and played a Twitter request of “Text Me Texas.”

Paisley came out to a laser light show and was immediately all over the stage. Once again he proved what an absolute amazing talent he is, doing so with numerous guitar solos. See Paisley’s set list below.
