Are there football games on television on Tuesday nights? Um…no. Apparently, though, no one told Brad Paisley.
The country superstar returned to Jimmy Kimmel Live last night (Oct. 8) to debut his new song, which reveals this well-known football fact and is aptly titled “There’s No Football on Tuesday Night.”
In the video, Paisley sits down with a couple of buddies to watch a game. There’s plenty of beer and snacks, but turns out there’s no football. Paisley flips through the channels, trying to find something else to watch, but all they can find are a slew of reality shows, from Toddlers & Tiaras to Fashion Police. Brad’s buddies, as you might imagine, aren’t amused.

This isn’t the first time Paisley has debuted a new song on Kimmel–or, for that matter, made reference to reality shows. Earlier this year he appeared on the show to talk about his then-upcoming album Wheelhouse, and also to debut what he called a new song he called “The Ballad of Honey Boo Boo.”
